Today I received my Hard Copy of Dream Dare Deliver from Amazon. I have already read the book on Kindle as I could not wait for the Hard Copy. I was so engrossed in reading the book that I finished the entire book in 36 Hours. I feel this book should be read by One and All , be it an entrepreneur , a person in service , a student or a homemaker , as this books takes one through the struggle and ultimate rise of a common man , who is supported by his family and extended family. Everyone has equal role to play in the failures and success of a person , nobody can become Big without the support of all his nears and dears , the fact which the book elaborates upon. I never knew till today that CMD Sir had gone through so many turmoils in his personal and business life , and how through his pure determination , grit and Value systems , came out as a winner from any situation he was forced to. My admiration and respect for him has grown multifold . I narrated a part of the story to my Son and he was so excited that he wanted me to give the book to him when it comes so that he can read it. I am sure that if he follows even 20% of the values and principles defined in CMD Sirs biography , he will not only grow up to be a Good Citizen of India , but will be ready to face any situation , challenges what life throws at him in his years to come , and emerge stronger than before.

I got the book yesterday and finished reading the same whole night and slept at 4 am .. When I got up in the morning fresh my daughter who was going to school suddenly saw the book and said Appa have you finished reading I want to read about CMD sir and hearing her made my morning as she has got very high regards for Sir and she was anxiously waiting for the book to arrive .. This is not the case of my daughter but same is the matter with all the children of the people who work in DTDC ..When I was going through the first few chapters I was recollecting lot of things which we all used to love in our younger days in Kolkata as I was also from Kolkata but we never took all these learning or habits seriously .. It was just a habit of passing time .. But now we all understand how much of the time and energy we had wasted and but the story of Mr Subhasish Chakraborty from Simple to GREAT adored / respected / feared by so many people is an living example on how we need to approach to our life from the child hood ..The moment you go through the struggles and problems faced and how he overcame all the problems with grit and motivated all of us ..
