Purpose:
Hiring graphic designers enhances visual communication, strengthens brand identity, and creates engaging designs for effective marketing and communication materials.
Position Overview:
- Produce visual content using creative software, such as logos and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with teams to meet design needs, ensuring compelling and consistent brand representation.

Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print materials, digital platforms, social media, websites, packaging, and more—design logos, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements representing brands and conveying their identity.
- Layout Design: Create layouts for brochures, posters, magazines, and other printed materials—design web page layouts, considering user experience, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
- Typography: Select appropriate fonts and arrange text visually, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal.
- Color Theory: Choose color palettes that align with the project’s goals and the brand’s identity, considering color psychology and visual harmony.
- Image Editing: Manipulate and edit images using Photoshop to enhance their quality, adjust colors, and create visual effects.
- Branding: Develop and maintain consistent visual identities for brands, ensuring that all design elements reflect the brand’s personality and message.
- Conceptualization: Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for design projects, working closely with clients or team members.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and objectives. Present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure cohesive design and effective communication.
- Staying Updated: Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry developments to enhance design skills continually.
- Time Management: Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree/certification course from design colleges or institutes
- Relevant experience

Interview Process: 3 Rounds
