“Life isn’t to be protected. Life is to be lived.”
Brutally thrilling and spirituality uplifting, “I Will Go With You” by Priya Kumar welcomes the readers to a suspense filled insightful journey and experience the adventure of a lifetime that will change their perception of life forever.
The lives of 300 passengers on flight SL502 is bound to get jeopardized when the pilot entrusted with their lives loses his mind and chooses to end his life mid-air by committing suicide. None of the passengers have the faintest clue of the danger ahead, though not everyone is unaware of the impending doom. The astrologer in the flight while entertaining his co-passengers with their future predictions suddenly realises that there is something deadly in common with all the predictions. Welcome to row 26 of flight SL502 where four evolved souls are waiting to take the readers through an escapade that will change the way one sees their own life.
Thrilling as it sounds, it’s also quite scaring at times with the thought process of Robert, the pilot who wants to kill himself without caring for the hundreds of passengers, contrasting them with the future plans of the passengers, who boarded the flight with an aim but may never get to complete them if Robert succeeds in his savage mission.
The readers can actually feel a turmoil inside them when the story begins but gradually as it progresses they slowly walk towards peace as the spirituality that binds the story manages to grant them the power to be in peace as well.
The book is dedicated to the victims of the missing Malaysian Airlines, not only the ones who boarded the fateful flight MH370 on 8th March 2014 but also the ones whom they left behind in a state of helplessness. Author Priya Kumar flashes their plight in the dedication and dedicates the book to them in the hope that it brings the much needed “closure to their pain.
Human psychology had been deeply explored all through the story with inch by inch analysis of the human mind and the shrewd ways that it works.
Setting the path with several twists and turns, unlocking several mysteries of life and throwing the readers on the lap of several loops, the book hooks one until the last page and then let the questions and the lessons wander in their consciousness long after turning the last page.
The story with all its philosophical insights, psychological analysis and spiritual knowledge compels the readers to contemplate intently looking into their inner-self, re-discovering oneself and learning the unknown truths about oneself to their own surprise.
The book is witness to the fact that although man is the creator of his own destiny yet sometimes their destinies intertwine which makes a good person suffer the ill consequences of a evil person and change our future as a result of what others do in our environment.
The truths and lies of existence manifest time and again coupling itself with bouts of spirituality which serves to refill the soul with much needed solace and the knowledge of the hidden truths which remain camouflaged under the shadows of Maya, forgotten in the run and lost to the material world.
The fast paced unpredictable adventure ride coupled with a unique storyline, doses with spirituality and an effective writing style keeps the readers on the edge of their seats, bitting their nails off in anticipation of what will happen next, and rendering the book unputdownable in the process.
The spiritual contents, psychological concepts and philosophical ideas put down in a simple and lucid manner paves the way for self growth, enriching the soul by peeping deep into the mind. The journey through the book feels almost like a therapy session committed to put a full stop to the inner turmoils, suck out the negativity from the soul and replace it with an optimism that would stay long after they had finished reading.
The story had touched multiple themes and it’s remarkably unbelievable as to how a tale which apparently appears to end with the death of everyone can be so filled with life that one can literally live an eternity within a few hours between those few pages.
That said and experienced, it must be warned that the book, with its well-built turbulence, is extraordinary troubling and relaxing at the same time with the power to tear one apart and simultaneously piece them together. It begets multiple emotions, feelings and expressions from fear to hope, from despair to peace, from nervousness to scoff, from frown to smile and, what’s more, one never knows when they will be experiencing which emotion.
Fun, humour and laughter too have their roles in the story so as not to make the atmosphere of gloom prevail throughout but they are carefully maintained at a certain limit for the topic is a little serious one.
The book had totally redefined the concept of love and granted it a brighter hue, opening the window of a brand new perception of looking at love in a way that it will always ensure happiness and cancel the chance of getting hurt.
Striking a balance between spirituality and thriller, the book slowly engulfs the mind, enlighten the soul and help one evolve through the breadth-taking journey.
The well-crafted piece of art, which takes the readers on a journey to the end of life and the beginning of a brand new eternity, ends in high spirits bestowing the readers with the power of being at peace with oneself and showering upon them a life-changing perspective that would stay with them forever.
The character sketch is no doubt perfect with the main characters being the four evolved souls on row 26, who takes the readers through their own life and living; and Robert, the pilot in the driver’s seat who disturbs and entertains the readers with his own thoughts that juggle between rationality and insanity. Muttuswamy, an astrologer who knows what lies ahead, acts as the spiritual guardian to enlighten the lost souls and be their guiding light towards eternity. Sara, a journalist and an author in making, who goes through a lot of turmoils to come clear of her distractions and finally pen down the last chapter of her book. Jim, a teenager who loves football as well as his own company and appears to possess a maturity which is way beyond his age. Paul, a handsome successful billionaire, who despite having everything still feels empty and is in want of something which money can never buy. They all meet at the flight on row 26 and boom the readers are transferred into their world, sharing their seats and themselves becoming a passenger of the flight travelling with the four evolved souls through the awe-inspiring journey of life.
The meaning of the enticing title “I Will Go With You” is a little difficult to fathom in the beginning, but slowly as the story progresses the true meaning of the phrase begins to surface, surprising the readers with the depth of the promise. The title of the web-series “The Final Call” however has a very straight meaning, symbolizing the final call of eternity which calls back the fellow travellers embarked on their journey of life to return to their real home in its lap.
The captivating cover of the old book had the image of a flying aeroplane, signifying the fateful flight which served as the stage for the suspense-filled drama of life and death. The new attractive cover stars Arjun Rampal who plays the role of the pilot, the master-mind behind the entire plot, in the web-series “The Final Call” whose story is based on this book.
Thrilling with an aura of inspiration, tragic with a pinch of spirituality and scaring with hope sprinkled on it, “I Will Go With You” by Priya Kumar invites the readers to tighten their seatbelts for a goosebumpy rollercoaster ride and enjoy the unforgettable journey of a lifetime.
“The end brings with it the unfolding of the truth.”

I will go with you is the story of many lives intertwined together. It starts with a final call for Sarah to board the flight and ends with the freedom of their souls. This book tells us how the karma of people around you also affect your life, which is something very different, hard to accept but very true. Sarah runs to her fate when her flight is about to be missed but her beauty and charm or let’s say Destiny brings her on the flight. Jim a co-passenger of Sarah is a 17 year old boy who is quite mature for his age and is attracted towards Sarah. Muttuswamy another of Sarah’s co-passenger is a clairvoyant, an astrologer. Paul a passenger aboard the same flight is one of those people whose life seems to be straight out of a Hollywood film. But the wealthier he got the sadder he felt. And this is the reason he gets a vibe from muttu and sits besides him. Amidst the conversation mattu tells paul that Sarah has only few hours to live and so does Paul. While all this is going on, there is something else that is stirring the controls of the plane. Robert a restless and Disturbed spirit wants to end his life and has planned it all out. Things go wrong when his co-pilot Tom becomes a hurdle towards his goal. Will the 3000 passengers succumb to Muttu’s prediction of death? Or is there a different fate that awaits them all?
The language of the book is very beautiful. It seems to flow without any obstruction. It is easy to read but quite difficult to comprehend.
The plot of the book is one of a kind .
The narration is achieved in an applauded manner. The story goes on with the same pace. The reader will not get bored.
The characters all do justice to their roles are strong enough to make an impact on the reader independently.
The cover of the book could have been more creative as it looks a bit pale.
The title of the book couldn’t have been better.
I love the ending of the book and was a completely different person by its end.
There are many messages in the book which makes this book very interesting because you get life lessons while reading it.

Book- The Final Call
Author- Priya Kumar
Type- Fiction
Format- Paperback
Life is worthless without a purpose so the question after the book is- What is the real purpose in your life?
The final call is a adventure cum spiritual fiction book which compels a reader to think beyond life and out of the box. The story is of a pilot who is struggling internally whether to end his own life along with all the 300 passengers aboard or die alone. The book had good suspense, thrill and spiritual lesson –all narrated in a astonishing manner.
Author Priya Kumar has well conveyed two ideas through the book- One to have a purposeful life and second the soul is eternal so one must look beyond the life. If one does not have any purpose in the life, his immortality is worthless. Understanding these ides through the story of the book was made much easier.
The best thing I liked about the book was the mentioning of the story of man in a village of Rajasthan which was just commendable. However, the main story could not conclude in the desired manner.
1. Language of the book was lucid and very comfortable.
2. Title of the book and the chapters was catchy and matching with content.
3. New Cover of the book was very attractive and eye soothing.
4. The message through the book was very well conveyed to the readers.
5. All the characters were portrayed very stoutly.
6. The book kept the interest of readers with its suspense after each incident.
7. However, the plot of the book was not given a good final shape.
8. There was good line space given in the book which made it easy to read.
The only thing I didn’t like was that at few places especially in the end, the spiritual lesson of the book was excessively described in a divergent manner leading it to a poor ending of the book.
Overall book was awesome and worth reading. I strongly recommend this book.

Its a small mistake sometimes that is all it takes, not only it can create problem for you but for the people around you and that’s what happened with Captain Robert who is the pilot of the flight SL 502 travelling from Dubai to New York. Robert was a highly depressed person who had tough time in starting years of his career and he lost his family in a car accident. He lost his family when he was flying on duty and that guilt made him took decision to end his life while flying. By one small mistake Robert’s co – pilot consumed the poison which Robert got for himself. One mistake lead to another and life of 300 passengers travelling on the flight put on the risk. Robert’s intention was to commit suicide but now the risk was there on everyone’s life.
Life becomes meaningless when you loose someone you love but is it justified to risk life of 300 passengers? Will ATC be able to convince Robert to land safely? Will Robert be able to save the lives of innocent passengers which was put in danger by himself?
The super engaging thriller sticks you on your sit and the twists and turns keeps you highly curious and engaged with the book.
All the characters are described very well with equal importance. I liked the characters of Muttu, the Indian astrologer for his way of dealing with the life, his calm and composed nature which influenced people around him.
Storyline is fast paced and language is very to understand.
Title and cover justifies the plot.
As they say there is a life after death and some journeys never ends. There is a strong connection between the body and the soul and the author has described this very well in spiritual manner in the last portion of the book, though which could have been shorter but this part definitely keeps you thinking about you and your purpose in life. I would definitely recommend this book. It’s 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ for me.

Plotline:
The story begins with Sarah, who was about to miss her flight since she got engrossed in shopping. She couldn’t afford to miss this flight because she doubted her boyfriend Mike and wanted to know for sure whether he was cheating on her or not. She somehow manages to get onto the flight and is seated on 26D.
Jim was happy to be seated next to his new found crush, Sarah. Muttuswamy, on the other hand, seemed extremely nervous for some reason. He had sensed that something very wrong was about to happen.
Paul was seated in the first class cabin. The flight attendant Glenda’s interest in Paul kept him indulged. But he decided to take a walk across the aircraft and encountered the passengers on row 26.
The fate of all the passengers in flight SL502 changes when Captain Robert decides to kill himself, mid air at thirty-five thousand feet above sea level. He was in great turmoil and couldn’t decide whether he should die alone at home or along with the 300 passengers.
Will Captain Robert change his decision? Will the ATC and ATS succeed in saving the passengers?
Writing style:
Priya Kumar is a motivational writer. Through this book, she not only gives an insight of the lives of the people who are nearing their death; but also enlightens us about our consciousness, purpose of life, Maya, and the attachment of humans with their materialistic lives.
Language:
The author has beautifully described the journey of every individual character. She has delicately woven the suicidal tendencies of the pilot, the frightful emotions of the passengers and their journey together towards finding their true selves. She has abridged the gap between fiction and reality.
Book cover:
The book cover too is simple yet self-explanatory. It is felicitous as per the story.
Dislikes:
The story was slightly more focused on the motivational content.
KRISHNAVENI SUBBIAH –
The book is a wonderful thriller that keeps you page turning and crazy on your seat. The story is about a flight running from Dubai to New York with Robert as the captain. There are about three hundred passengers each with a different background united on board. Captain Robert is an officer retired from the US Air force and has lost his family to an accident done by a drunken driver. He lost his mind to insane depression and decides to end his life on board by consuming poison. His suicidal plans turns into an unexpected murder and the captain decides to end his life along with the entire flight. What happens to the innocent lives on board? Does the ATC from ground convince the captain to save the passengers? Will the captain change his mind?
.
.
The plot keeps revealing unexpected twists and definitely does not allow you to put your book down. The entire journey is absolutely breath taking. It is also a blend of spiritual genre within showing the truth of life which is bound by only materialistic mayas. The author has combined and blended the story in a completely different manner and it works well.
.
.
The writing is split in paragraphs which makes the reading easy and in pace without letting us lost in between. The narration is very smart. The last part of the book was entirely of spiritual approach and I felt it to be a bit plodding for me. The end was good but I expected it to be more than that. The entire reading will definitely be a wonderful exhilarating experience and I will definitely recommend it.

What will happen to flight? Will Robert kill himself along with 300 passengers or will he save them?
To know this, you must read this book and watch the web-series.
Author Priya Kumar has written this book very well. Every twist and turns make you excited, and the book keeps you intrigued till the end. Writing is not just centered around just one character, but it has described many characters very well. The inner conflicts of these characters has been shown. Language is beautiful and easy to understand.
The book explores the very important question of life and death in detail.
Although the spiritual part in last chapter was a little too much for me. Still, I will recommend this book for an adventurous ride. You must read this.
